3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth and efficient collaboration, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information
- Supply necessary assets (e.g., logos, content, images) in the required formats
- Respond to communication and feedback requests in a timely manner
- Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
- Ensure any materials provided do not violate intellectual property rights or applicable laws
Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may delay project timelines or result in additional charges.
4. Service Agreements & Project Scope
Every project is governed by a formal service agreement or written proposal that outlines:

All unused concepts or designs remain the intellectual property of Nishu4Shaku.

8. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services under the following circumstances:

- Failure to make timely payments

In the event of termination, any outstanding payments for work completed up to that point will remain due. Refunds, if applicable, are at our discretion and outlined in the service agreement.

- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of revenue, profits, or data arising from service use

Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.
