Trice Chemicals Industrial LLC is currently hiring a Junior Operations Executive to support day-to-day activities across purchasing, production, logistics, warehouse, and accounts.

The role is suitable for energetic, hardworking, and fast-learning candidates with experience in operations, procurement, logistics, warehouse, or administration.

Position

Junior Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Perform ERP data entry and maintain operational records
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders
• Handle supplier quotations and follow-ups
• Manage inventory, material receipts, and stock documentation
• Coordinate production and raw materials
• Support logistics, deliveries, and warehouse operations
• Prepare Delivery Notes, Goods Receipt documents, and related records
• Support basic reporting, filing, and bookkeeping activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, purchasing, warehouse, logistics, or administration
• ERP system experience preferred
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Basic knowledge of Purchase Orders, invoices, inventory, and warehouse documentation
• Good spoken and written English is essential
• Hindi-speaking ability required / preferred
• Experience in chemicals, manufacturing, trading, industrial, FMCG, or distribution is an advantage
• Willing to work at Al Ghail Industrial Park, Ras Al Khaimah
