MTM Group is hiring a Spare Parts Assistant in Abu Dhabi to manage inventory, parts distribution and support the workshop and customers.
📋 Key Responsibilities
▪️ Manage inventory — receive, inspect, store and update spare parts using ERP/DMS
▪️ Issue parts to the workshop and customers with accurate records
▪️ Keep the warehouse clean, safe, organized and compliant
▪️ Prepare reports, conduct cycle counts and support stock accuracy
✅ Requirements
▪️ Diploma / Bachelor’s in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field
▪️ 1–3 years experience in spare parts, warehouse or automotive dealership operations
▪️ Good knowledge of inventory systems and basic computer skills
▪️ Strong attention to detail, organizational and communication skills
