An established engineering and construction project team is recruiting qualified professionals for senior HSE officer jobs in Abu Dhabi to oversee site safety and compliance.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of GCC experience in HSE.
• Minimum 3 years of MEP experience/knowledge is mandatory.
• Data Center experience is highly preferred.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical).
• ISO 45001 Lead Auditor Certification – Mandatory.
• ADOSH Certification – Mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of MEP activities, site operations, Risk Assessment, and Hazard Identification.
• Proven expertise in incident investigation, root cause analysis, and crisis management.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and safety reporting dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs at project sites.
• Ensure compliance with UAE/GCC HSE regulations and legal standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety observations.
• Review Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and HSE documentation.
• Investigate incidents/near misses and prepare detailed reports and dashboards.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety training, and promote a strong safety culture.
