Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide product information to customers.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in packaging or FMCG.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
