Ancient Builders Construction is currently hiring an experienced Finance Manager in Dubai. This senior finance opportunity requires strong UAE construction industry experience along with expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, VAT, and IFRS.

Finance Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow statements
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and statutory requirements
- Provide accurate financial insights to support strategic decision-making
Requirements
- UAE experience in the construction industry is mandatory
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT
- Strong understanding of IFRS
- Experience in financial reporting
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
