Job Details
Location: Customer Site (On-site, Dubai)
Salary: AED 9,000 – AED 10,000 per month
Responsibilities
- Provide L1 & L2 technical support for hardware, software, and end-user issues
- Perform desktop administration, troubleshooting, and Windows support
- Manage IT assets and maintain accurate inventory records
- Handle incidents and service requests using ITSM tools
- Provide on-site support and regular reporting to line management
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in IT Technical Support or Service Desk roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows administration, hardware troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure
- Experience with ITSM tools and IT asset management
- Preferred certifications: ITIL, CCNA, or Microsoft 365 Certified
- Good communication skills in English and Arabic
