Key Responsibilities
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the manpower and staffing sector
– Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
– Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
– Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends
– Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations

Ideal Candidate
– Minimum 2-4 years of experience in business development, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry or Banking industry with UAE Driving license
– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
– Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
– Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
– Based in Abu Dhabi
