Dubai is a famous city. Millennials flock to Dubai to see the impressive buildings and beaches, as well as the desert. But if you do not know what to see, you can be completely confused. There are too many options, which makes the decisions hard, and you might miss some well worth seeing spots.
You feel crummy if you go to a world-famous spot, and learn later that you missed the best part of that spot. No one wants to go home and have a friend say, “You didn’t go there?” You do not want that feeling. Everybody wants their trips to be enjoyable, memorable, and not tough to plan. Without a to-do list, you can waste time, and money with little or no effect. You can even exhaust yourself while in the UAE without enjoying the full beauty of Dubai.
In this blog I will show you the 10 most important tourist places in Dubai.!!! These locations should not be missed. I have explained each place, simply as if a friend is sharing his experience. Let’s get started!!
1. Burj Khalifa
This is a building taller than anything in the world. You will see it from a long way. People visit this place just to go the top. There is a special place called “At the Top” where you can see the whole city from up high. If you visit in the evening, you will see the sunset, which is a quiet and beautiful sight. Next to the Burj Khalifa is the largest water fountain show every night. It is free and fun to watch.
2. Dubai Mall
This is a mall no mall is like. It is one of the largest in the world. This mall is not only for shopping. Inside you will find an ice skating rink, a large aquarium and every cool little theme park. Even if you don’t want to buy anything, you can walk around and enjoy yourself for the day. Many people spend a whole day here… food, games and much to see.

3. Dubai Fountain
This fountain is located right outside the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. It’s one of the largest dancing fountains in the world. The water actually dances to music. The water, lights, and sound come together to create synchronized movements.
They have shows every evening. Each show is only a few minutes long, but it’s super interesting to watch. Make sure to get there early to find a good place to watch.
4. Dubai Marina
Dubai Marina is an attractive area of tall buildings by the water. You can walk along the marina or take your own boat ride. At night the lights really create a nice effect.
There are lots of restaurants here. So you can also have dinner here while watching boats go by. It’s a nice relaxing place for families and couples.
5. Palm Jumeirah
Palm Jumeirah is a man-made island shaped like a palm tree. It’s one of the most amazing things built in Dubai. You can go there by car or take the monorail, which is like a small train.
At the end of the island, there is the famous hotel, Atlantis. Even if you don’t stay there, you can visit the water park or aquarium inside it.
6. Desert Safari
If you want to view the desert then Desert Safari is the option for you. It is an entertaining excursion as you ride around the sand dunes in a jeep. It is a blast – it is like a rollercoaster on sand.
Afterward, you can watch belly dance, eat dinner and try camel riding. Many tourists say this is one of their best experiences in Dubai.
7. Dubai Frame
Dubai Frame is an enormous picture frame. It represents the past and the future of Dubai. One side is the old Dubai. The other side is the new Dubai.
You can walk to the top where there is a glass floor. If you’re afraid of heights, it can be a little scary but it is safe and fun.
8. Global Village
Global Village is like a giant fair. People from tons of countries set up little shops there. You can try food from many parts of the world and buy little gifts or clothes. It’s only open in the winter (from October to April) so if you visit in that time frame, check it out! They also have rides, games, and shows. It’s great for kids and families too.
9. Dubai Miracle Garden
This is a flower garden with millions of flowers. It’s only open in the winter because flowers can’t handle the summer heat. The garden has made flower displays in the shape of hearts, airplanes, and cartoon characters.
It’s really bright and colorful and relaxing. Lots of people take pictures here. If you like nature, you will really enjoy it a lot.
10. Old Dubai (Al Fahidi + Gold Souk)
To see what Dubai looked like before all the skyscrapers, check out Old Dubai. There are museums, older homes, and markets.
