ASGC Construction is currently hiring an experienced Stakeholder Engineer to join its team in Abu Dhabi.

The role is suitable for professionals with strong UAE construction experience, particularly in Abu Dhabi, and hands-on knowledge of authority approvals, stakeholder coordination, and multidisciplinary project submissions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of construction experience
• At least 5 years of experience in Abu Dhabi
• Strong experience with a UAE main contractor or engineering consultancy
• Proven knowledge of Abu Dhabi Municipality, DMT, Civil Defence, utility providers, and other relevant authorities
• Experience coordinating civil, architectural, structural, and MEP approvals
• Experience working on major building projects
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong documentation and coordination ability
• Good problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with authority submission portals and approval procedures
