Purchase Officer Job in Sharjah – MBS

MBS is currently hiring a Purchase Officer for its Sharjah branch.

The role is suitable for candidates with a technical background and procurement experience in the PEB or manufacturing industry, along with strong knowledge of supplier evaluation, purchase orders, ERP systems, and procurement documentation.

Purchase Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Procure raw materials and production consumables at competitive prices
• Evaluate supplier quotations
• Prepare comparative analysis charts
• Raise purchase orders
• Track purchase order and delivery status
• Maintain procurement records
• Maintain LC registers and cost lists
• Coordinate with finance and relevant internal teams for smooth procurement activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 1–2 years of procurement experience
• Experience in the PEB or manufacturing industry
• Familiarity with ERP procurement modules
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
