Pharmaceutical Sales Representative Job in Dubai

Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 6,500 per month
Allowance: AED 1,200 per month for Fuel, Salik & Parking
Incentives: Performance incentives based on target achievement
An opportunity is available for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Representative – Pharmaceuticals in Dubai.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales, collections, and customer relationships within an assigned Dubai territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
- Conduct regular customer visits
- Develop new business opportunities
- Manage existing customer relationships
- Monitor product movement and stock availability
- Follow up on outstanding payments
- Track competitor activity and market trends
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Medical or science-related qualification preferred
- 1–3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
- Previous pharmaceutical sales experience in Dubai preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with good sales and collection capabilities
- Knowledge of the Dubai market is an advantage
- Ability to independently manage an assigned sales territory
- Strong reporting, planning, and customer relationship management skills
