BAGC is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Purchasing Officer – Civil Works Project to manage procurement activities and support the successful delivery of our civil projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of materials, equipment and services for civil works projects
• Prepare RFQs, evaluate suppliers and negotiate competitive prices
• Issue purchase orders and follow up on delivery schedule
• Coordinate with project, site and accounts teams to ensure smooth procurement process
• Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in purchasing for civil works projects
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, suppliers and market rates
• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software
• Excellent negotiation, communication and organizational skills
• UAE experience is an advantage
• Can join immediately
