As THK Building Contracting LLC continues to grow, the company is seeking an experienced Technical Engineer who is passionate about delivering excellence and contributing to high-quality developments across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project requirements.
- Prepare and coordinate shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents.
- Raise and follow up on RFIs and resolve design discrepancies.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Ensure civil works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.
- Provide technical support to site engineers and resolve construction-related issues.
- Coordinate with QA/QC and project teams to ensure proper documentation and quality compliance.
- Maintain records of drawings, submissions, approvals, and RFIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 5-7 years of experience in construction/contracting.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, shop drawings, technical submittals, and RFIs.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
