✅ Previous experience in a recruitment consultancy/agency environment is highly preferred
✅ Experience hiring within the UAE market is an advantage
✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
✅ Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills
✅ Experience hiring across diverse functions and departments
✅ Prefer 2-5 years of recruitment experience
