Relationship Manager (Merchant acquiring) .
We are hiring on behalf of a leading banking client in the UAE for the role of Relationship Manager (Merchant acquiring) .
Work Location: Dubai/Abu dhabi
Salary: AED 20000 – AED 25000 (Based on experience)
ROLE PURPOSE:
§ The position holder will work in key merchant sectors and get large to very large merchant acquiring sales and maintain key relationships.
§ Offer VAS like DCC, MPOS, and Loyalty Programs etc.
§ Liaison with Card Payment Companies (VISA, Master card, AMEX etc) on all aspects of the Payment Card Business
RESPONSIBILITIES:
⏺️ Maintain long-term relationships with large Merchants through regular communication and personalized support.
⏺️Handle the large Merchant onboarding process for ensure a smooth transition and introduction to the products and services.
⏺️Generate new sales by onboarding new merchants.
⏺️Generate additional business through cross-selling.
⏺️Promptly and effectively address client issues by coordinating with internal teams.
⏺️Continuously monitor client satisfaction levels by gathering feedback.
⏺️Improve and meet sales targets through long-term Merchant retention.
⏺️Analyzing the current strategies and work standards and make changes to the existing approaches where appropriate.
⏺️Identify expansion through geographies/channels/ new revenue streams
