We are looking for an experienced Manpower Lead / Senior Manpower Specialist with strong experience in the UAE construction industry, preferably from a contracting background.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
– Develop and manage workforce planning based on project requirements and manpower forecasts.
– Coordinate manpower deployment, mobilization, transfers, and demobilization across construction projects.
– Support and coordinate recruitment drives to meet project manpower requirements.
– Monitor daily attendance, timekeeping, overtime, leave, and absenteeism.
– Ensure accurate and timely submission of manpower and attendance reports.
– Monitor workforce availability and identify manpower shortages or excesses.
– Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company manpower policies and procedures.
– Maintain accurate manpower records, reports, and documentation.

🔹 Requirements
✅ Minimum 10 years of UAE construction experience.
✅ Strong experience working with construction contractors.
✅ Proven experience in manpower planning, deployment, mobilization, and workforce management.
✅ Experience managing Camp Bosses and Timekeepers.
✅ Strong knowledge of attendance, timekeeping, overtime, and manpower reporting.
