MTM Group (an affiliate company to Al Masaood) is hiring a Spare Parts Assistant in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Join the team and play a key role in managing inventory, parts distribution, and supporting workshop & customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Inventory: Receive, inspect, store & update spare parts using ERP/DMS.
- Issue Parts: Provide spare parts to workshop & customers with accurate records.
- Maintain Warehouse: Keep the warehouse clean, safe, organized & compliant.
- Records & Reports: Prepare reports, conduct cycle counts & support stock accuracy.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in spare parts, warehouse or automotive dealership operations.
- Good knowledge of inventory systems and basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational & communication skills.
